Aranga Playgroup
Situated next to Aranga Early Childhood Centre, 32 Riverton Drive, Randwick Park Manurewa.
Aranga Playgroup’s kaupapa is to establish and provide an opportunity for our tamariki, parents, caregivers and whānau to arise (stand up) and to set out (to start their journey) in life. A place of co-operation and positive role modelling; a provision of tūrangawaewae – a footstool to learn, be informed and of encouragement and support.
We believe our tamariki (with the support of their parents, caregivers and whānau) should have the opportunity to play and learn in a safe environment alongside each other; thus, gaining a better understanding and knowledge of their local community.
We believe in sharing our knowledge and skills to promote collaboration and build lasting and productive relationships; and thus respecting each other’s values and beliefs as Taonga.
Aranga Playgroup runs on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10am to 2pm.
